Yup, I'm suffering from attention deficit disorder re. this year's coronation. Twice, or is it three times, I've been asked am I going back to the UK for King Charles's coronation. I have to stop myself from saying "When is it?" then "No, of course not."I think it's because I wrote about Queen Elizabeth and her governess with genuine sympathy for both women that I have been asked if I'm going. To be frank I am not a royalist, or an anti-royalist, but I do find the present bunch of Windsors deathly dull and frantic for attention.
There, I've admitted it. When is the coronation again? And is Camilla to be queen consort? I have no idea!
